Retired Special Agent Lou Lincoln of the Great Plains Region passed away May 22, 2014. Lou will always be remembered as OIG's expert on gain investigations. His obituary, published by the funeral home, is as follows:

Lewis Dale Lincoln, 84, Raymore, Missouri, formerly of Archie, Missouri, died Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Foxwood Springs Living Center in Raymore, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville with visitation from 10:00-11:00. Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 27 at the Laurel Oak Cemetery in Windsor, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to NARFE Alzheimer's Association or Crossroads Hospice.
