Don Suopis who served in the Kansas City, Denver, and New York Offices of USDA-OIG, passed away on August 17, 2005, while hiking in the Colorado Rockies. Don died of heart failure. A resident of Denver Colorado since 1998, Don retired from SBA-OIG after more than 30 years in federal service. Don started his career as a Revenue Officer with IRS in the early 70s. Don then went to USDA-OIG in 1977. Don was an outstanding Special Agent with many indictments and convictions in several agencies. Don will be buried August 27, 2005, in Cleveland, Ohio.
